Chitian Motor Co., Ltd. is located in Shiyan City, Hubei Province, China. The company operates a manufacturing plant covering 470,000 square metres, including 220,000 square metres of production workshops. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, Chitian has independently developed world-class intelligent production lines, enabling fully automated robotic processes for welding, assembly, and painting of components. The factory achieves a daily output of 120 vehicles, with cumulative production exceeding 310,000 units of medium and heavy-duty trucks.
Chitian offers a diverse range of over 50 products across four major categories, including 150-ton off-highway mining trucks, various on-road dump trucks, trailers, and municipal service vehicles. Chitian has established a strategic partnership with Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group (SHACMAN), jointly developing multiple products that are bestsellers in global markets. The partnership provides one-stop solutions for a wide range of applications, including coal, earthwork, sand and gravel transportation, open-pit mining, medium- and long-haul logistics, and municipal road cleaning.
Advanced Production Facilities
Chitian Company has spent three years and invested 1.5 billion RMB to build an advanced and intelligent factory dedicated to the production of specialized heavy-duty trucks. The facility fully integrates information software systems such as MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), QMS (Quality Management System), and SCM (Supply Chain Management) with intelligent equipment.
It combines five major processes, including CNC uncoiling and pre-treatment, laser cutting, intelligent welding, automated electrostatic spraying, and flexible vehicle assembly, significantly improving production capacity, efficiency, and standardized process levels.
Design and Research Strength
Chitian Motor Intelligent Factory is a key project in Shiyan City’s efforts to transform and upgrade its automotive industry. Built according to European Industry 4.0 standards, the factory covers an area of over 1,000 acres, with approximately 220,000 square meters of production workshops. Construction began in 2021 and the plant was officially put into operation in 2022.
The new factory incorporates advanced equipment and technologies, including an automated RGV material delivery system, robotic workstations, intelligent bottom plate welding, and smart assembly production lines. These systems enable fully automated operations from cutting, welding, painting, to assembly, significantly improving production efficiency, product quality, while reducing labor costs and environmental impact.
Additionally, the Chitian Intelligent Factory emphasizes digitalization. By integrating systems such as ERP, real-time equipment management and analysis platforms, intelligent dump truck production lines, and wide-body mining truck production lines, the factory achieves comprehensive digital management across supply chain, production, quality, equipment, and operational analysis.
In terms of technological innovation, the factory holds multiple patents related to dump trucks and hydraulics. Its high-end non-lifting (semi-trailer) dump trucks feature internationally advanced horizontal unloading technology, offering safer and more efficient system solutions for the heavy-duty dump truck industry.

The company holds two globally registered trademarks, "Chitian" and "Chitian King Kong", along with 81 patents in dump truck and hydraulic technologies, achieving a 100% application and commercialization rate of its patented technologies. We are certified to ISO 9001, and have obtained the Madrid International Trademark Registration Certificate as well as the Certificate of Conformity from the Vietnam Register. Over the years, the company has been recognized with numerous prestigious honors, including China Well-known Trademark, Top 500 Enterprises in China's Machinery Industry, Outstanding Contributor to China’s Urban Ecological Environment Construction, Leading Enterprise in China’s Special-Purpose Vehicle Industry, and National Industrial Brand Cultivation Demonstration Enterprise.
